What we calculate
Tools apply the formula stated on each page to values entered in the browser. We use outside dimensions where freight space is estimated, keep units explicit, and do not invent tariff, safety, or equipment data.
Tested examples
Representative examples are checked in automated tests and show their inputs so results can be reproduced. They illustrate arithmetic only; they are not a carrier quote, packing instruction, or approval.
Limits and sources
Carrier rules, container plates, contracts, load securing requirements, and local law can change. Each tool identifies omissions and guides cite primary sources where practical. Verify current authoritative sources before booking or loading.
