Terms of Use
By using this site, you agree to use its planning outputs carefully and remain responsible for operational decisions.
Informational tools
The calculators, estimators, validators, explanations, and conversions are provided free for informational and convenience purposes. They do not provide freight quotes, engineering advice, legal advice, customs advice, safety certification, equipment approval, or a promise that cargo can be accepted or loaded.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for source data, selected units and divisors, packaging, weight distribution, legal compliance, and decisions made from any output. Independently verify important results against measured cargo, source documents, current carrier tariffs, container plates, equipment specifications, and applicable rules. Do not use an output as the sole basis for safety-critical, contractual, or financial decisions.
Permitted use
You may use the site for lawful freight-planning work. You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, misrepresent outputs as certified, or use the service in a way that harms others or violates applicable law.
Availability and changes
The service may change, contain errors, or become unavailable. Features, formulas, presets, and these terms may be updated or withdrawn without a promise of continued availability.
No warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and all outputs are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, non-infringement, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or suitability for a particular shipment.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for losses arising from inaccurate inputs, incorrect units, reliance on outputs, cargo damage, delay, rejection, charges, or inability to use the site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.
Third-party services
Static hosting and linked third-party services may have separate terms. References to carrier practices or equipment types do not create endorsement, certification, or partnership.
